Here are some common ATM Errors and how to fix them:

  1. Hyosung D-1500 Error Code

    1. The Hyosung D-1500 error code is a common ATM Error caused by a communications error. The ATM is trying to communicate to the processor's network and the connection is not going thru. Below is a list of possible solutions:

      1. Check your CAT5 connection, reseat the connection at the ATM and the router or cellular modem.

      2. Confirm the Router is online and active.

      3. Power cycle the ATM and confirm it grabs an IP address.

      4. If a cellular modem, confirm the signal is strong and modem is active. We always suggest a cellular modem and sell them at Rundash

  2. Hyosung D1706 Error Code

    1. Hyosung ATM error code D1706 typically indicates a communication problem between the ATM and the host server or network. This error occurs when the ATM is unable to establish a stable connection with the financial institution's servers, making it unable to complete a transaction. Most of the time the ATM was able to reach the host, but the host processor didn't answer. Some common problems could be:

      1. Confirm you entered the correct Terminal ID

      2. Ensure you are using the correct communication, either Visa Framed or Standard

      3. Was the terminal setup on Standard 1 or Standard 3? Confirm with your processor.

      4. If Visa Framed, confirm you ENQ and EOT settings are correct.

  3. Hyosung 20002 Error Code

    1. This error happens when the low cash sensor on the dispenser is open. When "Low Cash Warning" is enabled in the Transaction Setup menu, this sensor will open when the cassette reaches (+/-) 75 bills. If this machine is typically stocked with a low amount of bills, we recommend disabling this function.
